Kelly came to American Caging in 1998 as a Client Services Manager. She has over 15 years experience in customer service. Starting her career in retail sales management, she developed a passion for designing programs for training and developing employees.
Kelly focuses on a self-esteem building management programs. Such programs encourage employees to think for themselves, to learn the problem solving skills necessary to become better at their jobs, and to be prepared for the next level of success in their jobs, and to be prepared for the next level of success in their career path.
Kelly believes in teamwork and a positive attitude to get the job done. The same level of concern and respect she shows to our clients, Kelly shows to our whole team here at American Caging.
